BabyShower Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for safe use of BabyShower planning, image generation, uploads, and private projects.
Last updated: 2026-08-11
Purpose and scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies whenever you use BabyShower AI Planner, including planning inputs, image-generation prompts, revision instructions, venue-photo uploads, generated files, and support channels. It supplements our Terms of Service.
BabyShower is a focused event-planning product. It is not an unrestricted or uncensored image generator. We screen image prompts before generation and may block a request that violates this policy or cannot be screened reliably.
Sexual and adult content is prohibited
You must not request, upload, create, transform, promote, or share NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexual, sexually explicit, erotic, fetish, or nudity-focused content. This prohibition includes implied sexual acts, sexual services, sexualized imagery, and attempts to disguise these requests with coded, indirect, misspelled, translated, or fragmented instructions.
Any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of a minor is strictly prohibited. Do not submit a photo containing a child or any other person, even when the event is being planned for a child.
Other prohibited content and conduct
You must not use BabyShower to:
- create or promote unlawful activity, abuse, harassment, hate, discrimination, threats, graphic violence, self-harm, or exploitation;
- impersonate, defraud, deceive, or mislead another person, or create non-consensual or privacy-invasive imagery;
- infringe intellectual-property, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
- upload malware, private documents, credentials, addresses, faces, screens, or personal data that you are not authorized to process;
- probe, evade, disable, overload, or bypass moderation, authentication, ownership checks, rate limits, payment controls, or other safeguards;
- automate abusive request volumes, resell unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that harms users, providers, or service availability.
Venue-photo requirements
Upload only a room or event-area photo that you have the right to use. It must not contain people, children, faces, addresses, private documents, screens, or other identifying details. Review the full frame before uploading it.
Safety screening and enforcement
Final text prompts used for image generation are submitted to Creem's Content Moderation API before an image task is created. Only a clear allow decision may continue. A flagged or denied prompt, a screening timeout, an unavailable screening service, or an uncertain response stops generation by default.
We may reject a request, remove content, limit or suspend access, preserve records needed to investigate abuse, or report activity when required by law. Attempts to evade safeguards may result in account termination. If you believe a safe request was blocked by mistake, contact support@babyshowervideo.com.
