Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using BabyShower AI Planner, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not upload a venue photo or use the planning tools.

What the service provides

BabyShower AI Planner helps you organize event details, compare three theme directions, and create an AI-assisted preview based on one real venue photo. A free planning flow may include one private, watermarked preview. The optional $19 Visual Plan is a one-time purchase for one event and may include three HD styling levels, two supported revisions, a shopping and budget plan, and a downloadable PDF, as described on the pricing page at checkout.

AI output is planning inspiration, not a construction drawing, professional design service, vendor quote, safety inspection, or guarantee of real-world availability. Check measurements, venue rules, product details, installation safety, and written vendor totals before making purchases or changes to a space.

Accounts and private projects

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us through the support channel if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Your project files are intended to remain private to your account. Free projects may expire after 30 days. Paid projects may remain available for up to 12 months, subject to the retention information shown in the product and Privacy Policy. You may request deletion earlier from the available project or support controls.

Venue-photo rules

Only upload a venue photo that you have the right to use. The primary photo must show the room or event area without people, children, faces, private documents, addresses, screens, or other identifying details. You must not upload unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content, or attempt to bypass content and security checks.

Payment and refunds

The Visual Plan is priced as a one-time purchase for the selected event; it is not a subscription. The final amount and payment provider are shown before checkout. Payment is handled by the provider selected at checkout, and we do not store full payment-card numbers.

If a generation or delivery problem prevents us from providing the purchased plan, contact support with the affected event. Refund eligibility depends on the payment state, work already delivered, applicable law, and the facts of the request. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not request, upload, generate, transform, promote, or share NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexual, sexually explicit, erotic, fetish, or nudity-focused content. Any sexualization or exploitation of a minor is strictly prohibited.

You also agree not to misuse the service, probe or bypass content moderation or access controls, access another person's projects, automate abusive volumes of requests, interfere with availability, upload malware, or use generated material to violate law or another party's rights. Image-generation prompts are screened before a generation task is created; blocked or uncertain requests do not proceed.

Ownership and permitted use

You retain your rights in the venue photo and information you submit. You give us permission to process that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and deliver the requested planning features. Subject to these terms and any third-party rights, you may use the delivered plan for your personal event or for an event you are authorized to organize.

The BabyShower service, brand, interface, and original site content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Availability and termination

We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a serious operational risk. We may also change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical. You may stop using the service and request account or project deletion through the available account and support controls.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BabyShower AI Planner is provided without a guarantee that AI output will match a final installed event. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on generated visuals, third-party products, vendor performance, venue restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes and contact
